CSL Market and Feasibility Study

With the Crown Arena and Crown Theatre anticipated to close in November 2025, Spectra Venue Management, the company that manages the Crown Complex for Cumberland County, hired Conventions, Sports and Leisure (CSL) International in January 2020 to conduct a comprehensive market analysis and feasibility study. CSL has now completed its scope of work, which included an analysis of the regional market and similar facilities and communities, conducting public input forums and interviews with key stakeholders, and collection of additional feedback via a publicly available survey. The data derived from these efforts has been compiled into a comprehensive report that CSL will present publicly on September 15th at 6:00pm in the Crown Ballroom.
